Careers Adviser

We have a Careers Adviser in school available for students or parents/carers to speak for advice and support on the next step after school. His name is Mr Ferry, he is employed by Positive Steps, which provides impartial and independent advice to students about next steps.

Mr Ferry is in school every Wednesday.

Students that would like a careers appointment should speak to Mr Ferry, their Form Tutor or Student Services and an appointment will be arranged at the earliest opportunity.

There is also a ‘Careers Drop in’ session every Wednesday lunchtime 12pm - 12.40pm on offer for students.

Mr Ferry says, "I can provide career information, advice and guidance to students in year 9 to year 13 and help with options Post 16 & Post 18, applications to school sixth form, college or apprenticeships. I look forward to working with students, parents/carers and families at Audenshaw School".
