We look forward to the Y11 Alton Towers Trip to recognise the whole cohort and we cannot wait to see them open those all so important envelopes on results day in August.
🎓🍕
It was great to have the Army Outreach team in school today for our annual elite skills day with year 10. Demonstrating Communication, Problem solving, Teamwork and Resilience. Vital skills for their future.

Sorrento 2026 🇮🇹🍕
Pizza making, laser boats around Capri, climbing Mount Vesuvius, exploring Pompeii, and gelato making. We have had 4 amazing days, packed with laughs and lots of memories made.
What a trip! Ciao!
Y8 football strike again...
After their recent success in the Tameside Cup, the Y8 footballers won the Manchester City 9 A Side Invitational Competition this afternoon.
Congratulations to all involved in a great season.

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate some of our talented students who entered the Young Writers competition and have had their work published! 📖✨
Their work features in ‘Stranger Sagas’, a collection of gripping dystopian writing that showcases creativity, imagination, and powerful storytelling.
Well done to everyone who took part. 👏 #YoungWriters #StrangerSagas #CreativeWriting
A group of Year 10 students represented the school impeccably this year at the regional Stock Market Challenge, held at Manchester University. They competed against 18 other schools, trading shares and currency, making decisions based on media analysis and gut instinct. One of our two teams sailed to victory raising fictional funds of over £130,000 (second place was not even close with £73, 000). They all showed real entrepreneurial flair and instinct . This is the second year running Audenshaw School students have walked away with the title!
Another fantastic experience for our Year 8 pupils at the MMU Moot court today. The boys took on roles including judge, jury, witnesses, barristers and solicitors. We learnt about the British legal system, and then performed a case. All boys were an absolute credit to the school. #exceptionalyoungmen
Y8 footballers won the Tameside Cup this afternoon beating Laurus Ryecroft 7-0 in the final.
Well done to all involved and to Mr Redgate on a great first season in charge!
🏆⚽
Paris 2026 comes to an end 🇫🇷✨ What a fantastic time had by all—so many laughs and memories made with friends. From the Louvre and Eiffel Tower to a boat trip on the Seine, the Arc de Triomphe, a visit to Brie-Comte-Robert, seeing Sunday Mass at Notre-Dame, and finishing with Sacré-Cœur, shopping, and crêpes in Montmartre… à l’année prochaine!
Thank you to Oly from @whysupofficial for visiting Audenshaw today and sharing a thought provoking assembly with year 10. Oly shared his personal story of his mental health journey and his resilience, giving our boys advice and guidance of how to deal with difficult times. #resilience #lifeskills #PSHE #WHYSUP
