The workshop saw the students undertake a task to organise and manage a concert at the Manchester based venue Bridgewater Hall. Students had to select the programme and appropriate repertoire, book the musicians and conductor, design a team logo and forecast income and expenditure within a variety of parameters.

It was an extremely engaging and enjoyable day that created a valuable learning experience for all the students. The work completed and skills learnt will help them when completing the subject coursework in both GCSE Music and BTEC Tech Award in Enterprise.
